Payment Methods

OZERTY accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

  • The total amount of your order is debited from your selected payment method when you click the "Complete Order" button on the checkout page.
  • In the event of a refund, the amount is credited to the payment method used for the original purchase, unless you agree to another option (for example a credit on your OZERTY Wallet). The terms for each case are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Currency & Fees

  • All transactions are processed in SEK, and you pay in SEK, so no currency conversion is applied on our end.
  • All prices displayed on our website include VAT.
  • Important: If your payment method is in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee. We recommend checking with your bank for any applicable charges.

Orders under 265 kr — Flexpay Program

The minimum order amount on our website is 265 kr of items (excluding shipping). This minimum allows us to keep our prices as low as possible: shipping costs, which are fixed regardless of the contents of the parcel, are thus spread across several items rather than borne by a single one. It is also what allows us to offer free shipping, while limiting unnecessary packaging and unnecessary transport.

Carts below 265 kr are still possible thanks to Flexpay, our deposit system:

  • How it works: if your cart is below 265 kr and you place your order with Flexpay, a deposit of 189 kr is charged to your payment method 48 hours after your order. On the same day, your OZERTY Wallet is credited with a benefit of 189 kr, equivalent to the deposit, which can be used on your future purchases.

  • Your OZERTY Wallet: this credit never expires and can be used on any order of 265 kr or more of items, simply by selecting it at checkout. It is granted as a commercial benefit, can only be used as store credit and cannot be converted into cash. The deposit itself remains covered by your right of withdrawal under the terms set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Cancellation of the deposit: if you place a new order within 24 hours of your first order and the total amount of your items, across all orders, reaches 265 kr or more, the Flexpay deposit is automatically cancelled and will not be charged. Your orders are then prepared and shipped together in the same parcel.

  • Consent: Flexpay is presented and expressly accepted by the customer before the order is confirmed. The amount of the deposit, its due date and its terms are displayed at the time of acceptance. These terms form an integral part of these Payment Terms.
