The order is processed between 1 and 6 working days and the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days .
If it has been less than 14 working days, arm yourself with a little more patience, your item is on its way!
If your entire order has still not arrived after a maximum of 14 working days , please contact us so that we can investigate the tracking code and, if necessary, resend the order.
To track your order, click the Track My Order link and enter your tracking code. It has been emailed to you within 6 days of your purchase.
If you have not received your tracking code please check your spam, if it is not there please contact us so we can give you more information.
Currently we only ship to Sweden and the United Arab Emirates.
We are working on opening other stores for other countries.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service via email with a photo or video of the problem you encountered and we will send you a new item immediately. If you do not receive a response from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) please check your spam, we respond to 100% of our emails. Otherwise, you can contact us by phone.
Yes, please contact us first by email to open a support case to confirm your intention to return the item for exchange and complete the return process.

Absolutely, contact us and we'll tell you how to proceed. You have 14 days from the time you receive the goods. You just need to send the item back to us and we will proceed with the refund. See our returns and refunds page.

Yes, as proof we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express. These world leaders would never let us continue our store if we had a high percentage of dissatisfied customers.
