Send a return request

To initiate a return, please contact us by email. We appreciate your feedback, so please include the reason for the return, which will help us improve your future shopping experiences. Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the return process.

Print the return label

Print and affix the provided return label securely to the outside of your return package. You can then hand in the package to your nearest office for shipping. The first return for each order is free of charge. All items in their original condition are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To reduce additional shipping costs and reduce the environmental impact of multiple returns, we recommend that you collect the items you want to return. Please ensure that you send the package within 14 days of submitting your return request.
