If you receive your package and discover that some items are lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that we will quickly issue an immediate reshipment for those items.
Immediate reshipment if the package is lost
If your package has not received any tracking updates for more than 15 days in transit, you have the option to request a free reshipment. If the original package is eventually delivered to you, you may keep it free of charge and it does not need to be returned.
30-day resend guarantee in case of non-delivery
If your package is not delivered within 30 days, you can request a free reshipment. If no action is taken within 35 days, we will automatically resend it. If it arrives later, you get to keep it free of charge, and it doesn't have to be returned.
