Then press it again to turn it off when the batter is well mixed. Make sure the batter has enough liquid to mix well. Then you hold the jug over the middle of your frying pan and press the handle. A sliding door at the bottom of the pitcher opens so the batter can be poured out evenly! Release the handle to close the door when you have enough batter.

Since the pitcher is transparent, you can see how much batter you have left. The mixer also has handy measuring scales on the side. These include ounces, cups and milliliters. So when you need to distribute a certain amount of batter, you can easily see how much you are pouring.
